Abstract:

In light of linkage analysis of nature resources-economy-environment (Lei, 1994, 2000, 2003), United Nations¡¯ Integrated System of Environmental and Economic Accounting (SEEA) (UN, 1993, 2002, 2003), and theory of marginal opportunity cost (MOC) (Pearce, 1989), we make a study of green input-output accounting model for natural resource-energy-economy-environment in this paper. Based on that, China¡¯s green input-output tables (1992/1995/1997) are complied, integrated analysis for China 1990s¡¯ nature resources-energy-economy-environment, esp. trial estimate of 1990¡¯s Chinese environmental adjusted GDP (Green GDP), analysis of Chinese green charges and policy choices for sustainable development are also given in this paper.
