The nature of risk has evolved over the years from an ever increase amount of sophisticated products. This talk will touch on the nature of risk as well as how risk is viewed, controlled and managed at UBS Investment Bank.

Biography:
　

Lyn is an Executive Director in the Chief Risk Officer Group of the Investment Bank where he's the Global Head of Equity Structured Products and Co-Head of Equity Market Risk for Asia Pacific. Lyn started his career as a Process and Development Engineer and transitioned into Market Risk at UBS after receiving an MBA from the University of Connecticut.
