Accommodation

The MSDR2003 workshop will be held in the Cho Yiu Conference Hall (H2a in the Campus Map) inside the CUHK campus. CUHK is located in the New Territories of Hong Kong SAR, China. CUHK is situated alongside the KCR East Rail at the University Station. Travel to the campus is convenient by the railway. There is also a interchange station at Kowloon Tong between the KCR railway and the MTR (subway of Hong Kong), through which you can reach most part of the urban area in Hong Kong as well as the Airport.

Attendees are reminded that they should make accomodation arrangement for the MSDR2003 workshop. There would be tight schedule for the two whole days. If you are going to participate all the workshop events, it is suggested that you should arrive in Hong Kong on or before 3rd April and leave on or after 6th April.

There are some mid-range hotels nearby the campus such as the Royal Park Hotel (situated at the KCR Shatin station with symbol on map) and Regal Riverside Hotel (at Shatin with symbol on map). There are also hotels along the KCR railway such as the Royal Plaza Hotel (situated at the KCR MongKok Station). Many more hotels are located in the city centre from Tsim Sha Tsui up to Mongkok on Kowloon side. On the Hong Kong Island side, hotels are located among the business areas from SheungWan, Central, WanChai to CausewayBay. For your information, ICASSP will be held at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre this year (at WanChai with symbol on map).
