Personally, two answers: 9-1 and 6-4
For 6-4, recall the formula:
a => b is equivalent to ~b => ~a
so:

is equivalent to:
> 小明說：如果小強知道的話，我肯定也知道
Now the quesiton is: why 小明 can guarantee that
if 小強知道, then he 肯定也知道???
E.g. if 小明 is 3, then 小明 must not say the first sentense.
Now assume 小明 takes either 6 or 12 (3 must be incorrect. 9 ignore now first).
if in case 小強 say: 我知道 la in the second sentense, then 小明 can know must be 6-7 or 12-2.
Then, 小明 is correctly claim in the 1st sentense.
But now 小強 say: "本來我也不知道" implies must not 6-7 or 12-2.
then the only choice is 6-4. (if 小明 is 12 then he cannot say the first sentense and also cannot say "那我也知道了" in the final sentense.)
For 9-1, actually, 小明 can also use the same claim... E.g. if 小明 9 and 小強 5, then finally, 小強 do not know the answer, then 小明 will also dun know the answer. No contradiction to 1st sentense. If 小強 knows the answer, then 小明 also know the answer. Satisfy all statements.
So, in conclude: two solutions.
