NTDS Replication warning

Recently I have rebooted one of my win2003 domain controller after applying seurity updates. After that , there are lots of warning about NTDS replication in the event log

The details of event log is :

Event Type: Warning
Event Source: NTDS Replication
Event Category: Replication
Event ID: 1839
Date: 3/6/2012
Time: 11:02:22 AM
User: NT AUTHORITY\ANONYMOUS LOGON
Computer: SERVER1
Description:
The following number of operations is waiting in the replication queue. The oldest operation has been waiting since the following time.

Time:
2012-03-02 15:45:50
Number of waiting operations:
17

This condition can occur if the overall replication workload on this domain controller is too large or the replication interval is too small.

For more information, see Help and Support Center at http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/events.asp.

I have checked the server with repadmin command line tools , and I can’t see any particular problems with it
– To show the status of AD replication : repadmin /replsummary
– To show replication partners : repadmin /showrepl /repsto
– To show all the connection objects for replication: repadmin /showconn SERVER1

The only problem I got is a rather long replication queue in that particular server :
– To show replication queue entries : repadmin /queue

And I checked the date of those queue entries are of similar time right after I reboot the server . In stead of manual force the replication between each partner again , I prefer to play safe and decide to reboot this server to clear up the queue . If the problem is persistent , the queue will anyway re-generate after the reboot , and I can proceed with other remedy . Luckily , after the reboot , the queue is cleared up and does not come back again .
