Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file.

When I tried to install the winzip application to a server running Windows 2003 , an error message returns :

“Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file.”

It is due to IE’s Enhanced Security Configuration setting. So to avoid this error , disable the Internet Explorer Enhanced Security Configuration setting :

In the Add or Remove Programs dialog box, go to “Internet Explorer Enhanced Security Configuration” and then click Details. Then clear the check box For administrator groups and then finish setup :
